Meet Arvis Lawson, the visionary founder of FANIT FOUNDATION, a dynamic 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining youth empowerment and community engagement. As the heartbeat of the #1 Youth Sports Community, the organization transforms lives through groundbreaking programs in financial literacy, sports marketing, health & wellness, and creative arts like photography and filmmaking.

Born and raised in South Florida’s Liberty City, Arvis overcame immense challenges after losing his grandmother at age 12, channeling his resilience into becoming a motivational speaker, mentor, and community leader. His mission? To equip young athletes and students with the tools they need to succeed both on and off the field.

Through partnerships with Miami-Dade and Broward County School Boards, Arvis has mentored hundreds of students, preparing them for life beyond high school while connecting athletes with life-changing opportunities. Since 2018, he has facilitated over 55 Division 1 scholarships and secured college scholarships for 100+ students.

But his impact doesn’t stop there. From organizing sporting events to celebrating young talent, to leading food drives and supply initiatives during tough times, Arvis has traveled nationwide to lift communities in need. FANIT FOUNDATION is more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement, empowering youth and igniting hope wherever it goes.

The FANIT FOUNDATION Inc. is revolutionizing youth education and empowerment with its cutting-edge FANIT ACADEMY, a digital, rewards-based learning program designed to inspire transformation in underserved communities. Tailored for after-school and community-based settings, the program targets lower-performing schools, youth in incarceration or re-entry programs, and organizations focused on youth entrepreneurship and athletic development.

At the heart of FANIT ACADEMY is a holistic approach to enrichment, combining cultural, emotional, and behavioral support with innovative academic programming. Students engage in courses such as Through Our Eyes, a photography, filmmaking, and digital content program; a youth entrepreneurship and financial literacy curriculum; and a cutting-edge sports marketing initiative.

Partnering with community organizations, FANIT ACADEMY goes beyond the classroom to offer services in microeconomics, macroeconomics, technology, reading, taxes, life insurance, and STEM subjects. It also addresses critical personal growth areas like mediation, behavior modification, grief and trauma support, hygiene, self-care, and creative storytelling.

With a mission to provide creative, engaging, and transformative education, FANIT FOUNDATION aims to empower 150 inner-city students annually, equipping them with the tools to excel academically and thrive personally. This program is more than an educational initiative—it’s a gateway to brighter futures.

FANIT FOUNDATION envisions a transformative future with the creation of FANIT Houses across the United States—safe, empowering hubs for children and families to thrive. These centers will serve as beacons of hope, offering vital resources, innovative programs, and unwavering support.

At each FANIT House, members will find a welcoming space to access tools for growth, including educational opportunities, life skills training, and community-building activities. More than just a facility, FANIT Houses will become pillars of strength in underserved communities, fostering resilience, innovation, and opportunity.

Homework Support, led by certified educators and enrichment instructors, provides critical academic assistance, empowering students to excel in school.
